Very Good and Very Honest
Everyone at CRS are so nice and good. They make take a week longer than other places but thats only because they are so repertable and they take there time to do the job right!!! 10 out of 10!!

I just wanted to share my experience with the work that was done on my car at Collision Repair in El Cajon, CA.From the moment I walked in I felt like the people there really cared about my car and most importantly, about me. I was greeted by an outgoing and friendly receptionist. She explained the procdure about getting my estimate and how long the repair could possibly take. She would call with updated information when it became available. I did not have to call them, they called me. Isn't that cool. Upon arriving to pick up my car I thought it looked alot cleaner than when I brought it in. Yes, they cleaned the outside and the inside. There workmanship was fanastic!! You cannot even tell that my car had been in a collision. Everyone from the receptionist, office manager, owner, and staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend taking your vehicle to Collision Repair in El Cajon if you ever find yourself in need of there services. I now know why they call themselves "specialists", because they are.

I had my truck repaired at this shop recently. It came out great! You can�t tell that it was ever in an accident. The staff was very polite and friendly. I was very impressed that they called me through out the entire process to let me know what was going on. They worked with my insurance company directly so I was never in the middle. All I had to do was pay my deductible to the shop when I picked up my truck; my insurance company and CRS handled everything else. I will never go to a different body shop.

I just wanted to say that my experience with CRS was outstanding. The staff was very understanding of my situation and was there to help me any way they could. Enterprise came to their shop to pick me up and get me all set up in my rental. I was also kept informed with the status of my car during the entire process. The workmanship was great and they got it done fast. I could not have asked for a better shop.

We started going to CRS years ago. When our teenage boy's started driving. And unfortunatly they had a few accidents. CRS took care of everything. They are honest, reliable,and also very reasonable. We will continue doing business with Collision Repair Specialists, and have highly recommended them to all of our friends.

I have had three veicles repaired and painted by CRS in the past year. Past experience with other auto body shops have left me frustrated because of poor painting. I heard about CRS through a friend who explained that the owner of CRS is a well known and talented painter in the San Diego community. That is why I drive from Chula Vista to El Cajon to have my vehicles repired!

My SUV needed body work on all sides because of severe damage that occurred in a windstorm. This company did a fantastic job of all repairs and a new paint job - you cannot see any evidence of the prior damage. Quick service at a fair price -I highly recommend them to anyone I know needing body work.

About a month ago someone ran into my car. I thought my car was ruined. I took it to Collision Repair Specialists and WOW!! They not only made my car look more new than when I bought it, they had the most honest and friendly service I think I have ever ran into. They made my bad experience into an amazing one! Several months ago,I sent my 55 chevy pickup in for some final touch up which involved a complete disassemble of the truck,to do the body work and Paint correctly.The staff at Colision was very professional in there dealings and kept me informed at all times as to the progress of my baby.When I saw the finished product I could not believe my eyes( absolute perfection).These people are true masters in there profession.I would recomend them to anyone,and in fact already have...My hat is off to this company

Excellent job on the clearcoat finish of my Windveil Blue 2007 Mustang GT. I had taken the repair to another facility, initially, but they didn't do the job I had wanted. CRS did it right...and washed my car to boot!!!

I was VERY impressed with your professional approach, from my initial phone call until the job was completed. Receptionist and staff very polite. Reception area and shop super clean. Received phone call just to let me know that work was progressing on schedule. Paint job was outstanding and was completed in less time than was estimated. Most unusual to find such professionalism and quality work in any business these days, so I was very pleasantly surprised. Would highly recommend CRS !!!
